High risk for caries disease. Presence of teeth 36 and 46 completely erupted and with the buccal and lingual surfaces intact
Low or medium risk for caries disease. Spontaneous pain. Fistula. Caries lesion involving dentin. Systemic diseases. Antibiotic use in the last six months prior to the survey. Use of mouthwashes with auxiliary chemical substances to control biofilm and / or caries. Use of orthodontic appliances or prostheses. Dye sensitivity

Name Time Method Best antimicrobial action of photodynamic therapy with pre-irradiation time of 5 minutes, in dental biofilm, observed by the formation of bacterial colony forming units when compared to the pre-irradiation time of 01 minutes;It was proved after statistical analysis that the two pre-irradiation times, 01 minutes and 05 minutes, presented similar results, but the time of 05 minutes showed greater effectiveness, albeit discrete.<br>
