Inclusion Criteria
ASA GRADE I AND II,
HAVING MILD TO MODERATE CONTRACTURE OF NECK(ONAHS CLASSIFICATION TYPE 1 AND 2),
MALLAMPATTI GRADE 1 OR 2,
MOUTH OPENING ATLEAST 3cm, UNDERGOING ELECTIVE SURGERY AND REQUIRING INTUBATIO
Exclusion Criteria
1. PATHOLOGY OF NECK OTHER THAN THE SCAR,
2. REACTIVE AIRWAY,
3. GASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE,
4. BMI MORE THAN 30,
5. NECK CIRCUMFERENCE MORE THAN 40cm,
6. PREGNANT PATIENTS
