- •HAVING MILD TO MODERATE CONTRACTURE OF NECK(ONAHS CLASSIFICATION TYPE 1 AND 2),
- •MALLAMPATTI GRADE 1 OR 2,
- •MOUTH OPENING ATLEAST 3cm, UNDERGOING ELECTIVE SURGERY AND REQUIRING INTUBATIO

- •1. PATHOLOGY OF NECK OTHER THAN THE SCAR,
- •2. REACTIVE AIRWAY,
- •3. GASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE,
- •4. BMI MORE THAN 30,
- •5. NECK CIRCUMFERENCE MORE THAN 40cm,
- •6. PREGNANT PATIENTS
