Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA GRADE I AND II,
  • •HAVING MILD TO MODERATE CONTRACTURE OF NECK(ONAHS CLASSIFICATION TYPE 1 AND 2\),
  • •MALLAMPATTI GRADE 1 OR 2,
  • •MOUTH OPENING ATLEAST 3cm, UNDERGOING ELECTIVE SURGERY AND REQUIRING INTUBATIO

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. PATHOLOGY OF NECK OTHER THAN THE SCAR,
  • •2\. REACTIVE AIRWAY,
  • •3\. GASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE,
  • •4\. BMI MORE THAN 30,
  • •5\. NECK CIRCUMFERENCE MORE THAN 40cm,
  • •6\. PREGNANT PATIENTS
