- •Known case of hydrocephalous
- •Age upto 1 years
- •ASA Grade I toIII
- •Elective or Emergency surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with facial deformity
- •Patient’s guardian not giving consent
- •difficult airway conditions other than large head size
