Partially edentulous patients with missing teeth in the posterior mandibular region.
Posterior mandibular ridge width (3 - 5 mm) and height from inferior alveolar nerve ( ¿ 11 mm).
Absence of any pathological conditions in the posterior mandible (recipient site).
1-Systemic diseases.
2-Poor oral hygiene.
3-No or poor compliance with non-surgical phase of treatment.
4-Pregnant females.
5-Regular and heavy smokers.
6-Previous head and neck radiation therapy.
7-Patients with an allergy to any material or medication that will be used in the study.
8-Severe psychological problems.
