parturients undergoing elective caesarean section ,aged 18-40, ASA I-II.

Exclusion Criteria

-patients ASA III-IV (significant co-existing maternal cardiovascular, respiratory ,neurologic, endocrine, metabolic and psychiatric disease )

-pathologic pregnancy

-week gestation < 37

-absolute and relative contraindications to spinal anaesthesia

-patient refusal

Main Objective: Difference in morphine consumption between groups.<br><br>Difference in pain threshold between groups at prefixed times.;Secondary Objective: Comparison between groups about:<br><br>lenght of spinal analgesia(time to first request of morphine).<br><br>maternal side effects;Primary end point(s): Efficacy of S-ketamine in lowering postoperative analgesic consumption and prevent hyperalgesia.
