Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The study population comprised all the premenopausal women and post\-menopausal
- •Group I Periodontally healthy premenopausal Women of age group 40 \- 60 years.
- •Group II: Premenopausal patients showing clinical signs of gingival inflammation clinical
- •attachment loss (CAL) \=5mm and probing pocket depth (PPD) of \=6mm
- •Group III: Periodontally healthy post\-menopausal women of age group 40\-60 years.
- •Group IV: Post\-menopausal patients showing clinical signs of gingival inflammation, clinical
- •attachment loss (CAL) \=5mm and probing pocket depth (PPD) of \=6mm.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Women with, simple hysterectomy, receiving any kind of hormone therapy,
- •presence of medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiac disease, and thyroid disorders
