入选标准
- •1) Patient willing to give consent.
- •2) Patients undergoing elective surgery with well-controlled hypertension
- •with medication and BP <140/90 mm of hg.
- •3))American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) Grade II.
排除标准
- •1) Anticipated difficult airway or difficult intubation (inter- incisor gap < 2.5 cm, MPG grading 3 & 4).
- •2) Obesity (BMI >30 Kg /m2).
- •3) History of coronary artery disease, Cervico-spinal disease, gastroesophageal reflux, Chronic respiratory, kidney, and liver diseases.
- •4) Pregnancy.
- •5) Drug allergy.
