Inclusion Criteria
healthy, consenting men and women
- Age: 25-46 years old
- Stable weight for at least half a year (± 3 kg), BMI 20-28 kg/m²
- Same form of nutrition for at least one year
- non-smokers
Exclusion Criteria
- acute febrile infections
- severe chronic diseases (cancer, diabetes type 1, etc.), manifest cardiac circulatory disease, renal insufficiency, liver diseases
- chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, pancreatic insufficiency)
- known endocrine and immunological ailments
- regular intake of laxatives
- Drug, alcohol and medication abuse
- Probands who were unable to give their consent
- Simultaneous participation in another clinical study or participation within the past 30 days
