- •healthy, consenting men and women
- •- Age: 25-46 years old
- •- Stable weight for at least half a year (± 3 kg), BMI 20-28 kg/m²
- •- Same form of nutrition for at least one year
- •- non-smokers
排除标准
- •- acute febrile infections
- •- severe chronic diseases (cancer, diabetes type 1, etc.), manifest cardiac circulatory disease, renal insufficiency, liver diseases
- •- chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, pancreatic insufficiency)
- •- known endocrine and immunological ailments
- •- regular intake of laxatives
- •- Drug, alcohol and medication abuse
- •- Probands who were unable to give their consent
- •- Simultaneous participation in another clinical study or participation within the past 30 days
