- •1.Presenting with stable or unstable CAD with coronary angiographic evidence of the same, or
- •2.Who have in past suffered stable or unstable CAD with coronary angiographic evidence of the same (irrespective of whether they have undergone revascularization),or
- •3.Who are survivors of sudden cardiac arrest with no identifiable non-coronary cause of the same

- •1.Documented non-coronary cardiac condition that is known to cause cardiac arrest (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy, long QT syndrome, etc >
- •2.Undiagnosed congenital heart defects
