Sign up the project consent form;
Age older than 18 years old;
Knowing pre-pregnancy weight;
Live fetus and Singleton;
Nulliparous;
Exclusion criteria:
Any disorder which prevents the exercise;
Diabetes before pregnancy;
vegetarianism;
unintended pregnancy;
