Inclusion Criteria
- •Have at least 2 years of regular practice with a professional bow in this field.
- •Be adults of the year.
- •People who are professional athletes in the field of archery.
- •Practice archery at least 3 days a week.
Exclusion Criteria
- •The presence of damage in the upper limb.
- •Received or participated in any regular injury prevention program last season.
- •Having a history of surgery, trauma or accident and fracture in the upper limb area.
