Inclusion Criteria

  • Have at least 2 years of regular practice with a professional bow in this field.
  • Be adults of the year.
  • People who are professional athletes in the field of archery.
  • Practice archery at least 3 days a week.

Exclusion Criteria

  • The presence of damage in the upper limb.
  • Received or participated in any regular injury prevention program last season.
  • Having a history of surgery, trauma or accident and fracture in the upper limb area.
