Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Healthy individuals aging between 15\-18 years
  • •2\.Both genders i.e. male and female shooters
  • •3\.Players who have been practicing shooting from at least 2 years
  • •4\.A minimum score of 510 points in air pistol in previous national competitions

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.History of any recent injury or recent surgery
  • •2\.No other medications and steroids
  • •3\.Recreational players
