Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Healthy individuals aging between 15\-18 years
- •2\.Both genders i.e. male and female shooters
- •3\.Players who have been practicing shooting from at least 2 years
- •4\.A minimum score of 510 points in air pistol in previous national competitions
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.History of any recent injury or recent surgery
- •2\.No other medications and steroids
- •3\.Recreational players
