Ordered the transfer to the public sector, older than 18 years; willingness to participate in research, the ability to communicate by word, first admitted to the intensive care unit at least 24 hours hospitalized in the intensive care unit is no history of mental illness incurable and known mental illness before admission to intensive care, ability to read and write; lack of hearing and visual impairment, patients at 1 to 3 (triage) ICU
