All patients who have the necessary cooperation to intervene and evaluate.
Have the admission to the ward under consideration and the candidate to move to the other ward.
The patient is alert and aware of time, place and person.
Ability to understand and understand Persian language content
All patients aged 18-85 years.
The patient is breathing spontaneously and is not intubated or supported by a ventilator.
The occurrence of unpredictable events during the transfer process (such as cardiopulmonary arrest and resuscitation in the ward)
Not willing to continue cooperation
Transfer to other medical centers or early consent for discharge
