Brief Summary

The animated educational video combined with traditional counseling was better than traditional counseling alone in increasing pregnant women's knowledge of cell-free DNA screening. This tool may therefore be helpful in pretest counseling to facilitate patient knowledge, and decrease misunderstandings before women decide whether to accept cell-free DNA screening.

1.Singleton pregnant women, 2.Pregnant woman age 18 years or above, 3.Gestational age 14 weeks or below (Confirmed by USG if forget LMP), 4.Understand Thai language

1.Pregnant woman who withdraw from project, 2.Incomplete questionnaire
