Age between 18 to 80years,
Lung resection surgery by thoracotomy approach,
ASA I,II,III
post op mechanical ventilator support less than 6hours
Exclusion Criteria
Age less than 18 years and more than 80years,
Any bleeding disorder,
Local site infection,
ASA more than III, post op mechanical ventilation more than 6 hours
