Inclusion Criteria
- •oAge group: 21\-60 years old
- •oSex: both sexes
- •oASA I and II
- •oPatient undergo open nephrectomy surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •oASA III and IV
- •oPatient refusal
- •oMental illness
- •oHistory of alcohol or analgesic dependence
- •oCoagulopathy
- •oSevere hepatic dysfunction
- •oChronic pain
- •oInfection at site of needle insertion
- •oAllergy to local anesthetic
- •oBMI more than 30kg/m2 or less than 15 kg/m2
