Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients undergoing elective unilateral open inguinal hernia repair
- •2\. Aged between 18 and 60 years of age
- •3\. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Allergy to local anaesthetic
- •2\. BMI \>35kg/m2
- •3\. Chronic abuse of analgesic medications
- •4\. Bleeding disorder, pregnancy and infection near the procedure area
