Inclusion Criteria
- •American society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA I AND II)
- •Patients undergoing elective and emergency lower segment cesarean section surgeries under spinal anesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •patient refusal
- •allergy to study drug
- •local site infection
- •coagulopathy
- •altered mental status
- •PIH patients on magnesium.
