Inclusion Criteria

Patients with STEMI who are willing to participate in this study

Exclusion Criteria

Patients receiving thrombotic medicine during past seven days
Pregnancy
Active bleeding
Thrombocytopenia history with heparin
Receiving heparin before hospitalization
History of thrombocytopenia
History of CABG
Age over 75
Failed Primary PCI
