Inclusion Criteria
All ICU admitted patients who had 3 functional lumen catheter that insert less than 12 hours
Exclusion Criteria
Dialysis and phresis and pulmonary artery catheters and insertable ports
Age less than 18 y/o
Pregnancy
Heparin sensivity and HIT
Coagolation system disorder and thrombocytopenia
Therapeutic dose of anticoagolant
Packed cell or any blood products transfusion
TPN
If the active lines needed more than 3 time hepparizination were excluded

Name Time Method Central vein catheter occlution. Timepoint: Central vein catheters was checked every 8 hours untill 14 days. Method of measurement: Aspiration and infusion.
