Saudi nurses who are working at the selected hospitals for at least one year continuously with full time employment. As well as nurses who will not be on leave in the next 3 months. Also they have to be fully occupied with a nursing job and not assigned to administrative work
Non-Saudi nurses (because of the language barrier and they might not be permanent nurses), nursing staffs who participate in the pilot study. Furthermore, those who belong to other institutions and those on leave of absence for non-health-related or health-related reasons for over three months will be excluded from the study. Also, head nurses and supervisors will be excluded from the sample because of their work nature that is different from staff nurse’s work nature.
