Inclusion Criteria
Adults with congenital heart disease older than 30 years and which have a routine follow-up appointment at the German Heart Center in Munich.
Exclusion Criteria
Cognitive impairments leading to missunderstanding of the tasks, acute infectious disease

Name Time Method Cardiovascular risk<br>- SCORE Germany: gender, age, smoking status, systolic blood pressure and total cholesterol<br>- Procam Score Germany: sex, age, smoking status, systolic blood pressure, family history, diabetes, cholesterol
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method - Anthropometry: height, weight, BMI, abdominal circumference, hip circumference<br>- Anamnesis: Heart defects, surgery, cardiac catheter interventions, especially status in coronary angiography, activity status, smoking status<br>- cardiovascular examination: peripheral and central blood pressure, pulse wave velocity, augmentation index,<br>- Angiography: Thickness of the intima-media of A. carotis Communis,<br>- Performance: Hand power, spiroergometry on the bicycle ergometer<br>- Laboratory parameters: cholesterol, LDL, HDL, TG, LP (a), hsTNT, NT-proBNP, hsCRP, cystatin C, GPT, GGT, BB, PTT, INR, HbA1c<br>- Laboratory parameters (exploratory): cardiac markers (Gal3, ST2, ADMA, HFABP, etc.), immunological markers (cytokines, HMGB1, RAGE, PD1, PDL1, etc.), markers of organ damage (CYFRA 21-1, CA 125, etc.), metabolomic markers (adiponectin, leptin, PLA2, lipid panel, steroids, amino acids, bile acids, etc.), prothrombotic markers (exosomal markers, miRNAs, nucleosome fingerprint, molecular panel, etc.)
