- •patients above 5 years with IgE mediated wheat allergy (positive skin prick test response to wheat flour and wheat specific IgE level above 0.35 IU/L); positive oral food challenge to wheat.
- •exclusion criteria: severe and uncontrolled asthma; chronic urticaria; significant systemic disease; poor compliance
