入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients of age 18 - 40 years
- •Patients with bilaterally similar mandibular third molars
- •Systemically healthy patients, ASA class I & II
- •Patients willing to give an informed consent .
- •Patients not receiving any medication that will alter the perception of pain.
排除标准
- •Allergic to DEX
- •Patients not willing to give an informed consent
- •Acute inflammation or infection at the site of surgery
- •Allergic rhinitis, nasal pathologies.
- •Pregnant and lactating women.
- •Bradycardia
- •Renal or hepatic disease
- •Using antipsychotic drugs, alpha blockers
- •Patients with a BMI of more than 27 kg/m2
