Female of reproductive age group
Diagnosed with PCOS.
Menstrual irregularities.
Ultrasound findings of polycystic ovaries.
Clinical evidence of hirsutism and/or acne.
Patients/guardians willing to give consent /assent for study.
Patients complying with regular follow-up visit.
Women who have secondary amenorrhoea due to thyroid disorders, anaemia or any uterine pathology.
Women with Diabetes mellitus, cushingâ??s disease, hyper-prolectinemia and congenital abnormalities.
Women under birth control pill, hormone therapies.
Any other chronic disease for which patient is taking any medication.
Women who have under gone D&C.
Pregnant and breast-feeding women.
Women who are not coming regular follow-ups.
