- Female
入选标准
- •1. Non- Communicable diseases female people who do not exercise with age of 45-70 years, do not join any regularly exercise 3 months before joining the research, do not on regular exercise program more than 1 time/ week, at least 30 minutes each time
- •2. Do not taking food antioxidant supplements or all kinds of vitamins in a period of 3 months before joining the research
- •3. Do not drink alcohol and smoke regularly more than 2-3 times/ month.
- •4. Willing to participate in research
排除标准
- •1. People with congenital diseases such as heart disease or chest pain, heart disease, diabetes, various types of cancer, thyroid disease, arthritis, immune system diseases, anemia, liver disease, kidneys, including those who seek veins to make blood collection difficult.
- •2. There is an abnormality while exercising, such as trembling, dizziness, fainting before exercising or there is a rapid increase of heartbeat when starting to exercise.
- •3. People with heart rate during exercise more than 170 beats/ mins
- •4. People who have severe pain after Qigong exercise
- •5. People who drink alcohol and/ or smoking during intervention time
- •6. They are not able to complete the research.
- •7. They wish to stop the experiment.
