(1) The eligible participants should meet a clinical diagnosis of stroke according to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China 2018 and confirmed by CT or MRI. The first onset and the onset time is more than one month but not more than one year. Brunnstrom reaches stage III or above;
(2) Aged between 60 and 75 years;
(3) No severe cognitive impairment. MOCA score is at least 18 points (if the education period is less than or equal to 12 years, add 1 point to the examination result), and can communicate with researchers normally;
(4) Risk of falling: BBS score is less than 40;
(5) Ability to walk at least 5 m without the help of others (can be supervised, protected or use auxiliary equipment);
(6) Cooperate to complete all test scale;
(7) Written informed consent.
(1) Have been suffering from brain tumors, brain trauma and other diseases;
(2) Patients with serious bone, joint and muscle diseases; patients with liver, kidney, and other serious life-threatening diseases and psychosis; patients with severe language, vision and hearing impairment;
(3) Illiteracy;
(4) Participating in another clinical trial that would affect the evaluation results of this study.
