Inclusion Criteria

  • 1. Meet the diagnostic standards of western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine for stroke;
  • 2. Aged 60-75 years, and gender is not limited;
  • 3. Mild cognitive impairment: MOCA< 26 points (if the number of years of education is less than or equal to 12 years, one point should be added to the examination result);
  • 4. Balance function: Berg score 21-40;
  • 5. Both the patient and his legal guardian agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1. Patients with aphasia and hearing impairment who cannot communicate with others in normal speech;
  • 2. Serious bone, joint and muscle diseases;
  • 3. Patients with liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening diseases and mental disorders;
  • 4. Education level than primary school;
  • 5. Currently participating in other clinical trials;
  • 6. Currently taking medications that improve cognitive function.
