1. Stroke: MRI, Doppler ultrasound and contrast-enhanced examination and verification, supplemented by imaging technology. The onset time of stroke was more than one month, not more than one year. Brunnstrom reached stage III or above;
2. Patients aged 50-75 years;
3. Subjects without severe cognitive impairment can communicate with researchers normally;
4. Subjects with motor dysfunction;
5. Subjects who can walk at least 12m without the help of others (they can be supervised and protected; they can use assistive devices);
6. Those subjects who can cooperate to complete the relevant scale and instrument testing;
7. Informed consent of patients and their families.
1. Patients with brain tumor, brain trauma and other diseases;
2. Patients with severe bone, joint and muscle diseases; patients with serious life-threatening diseases such as liver and kidney and psychosis; patients with severe language, vision and hearing impairment; patients with severe mental disorders;
3. Patients with unstable condition;
4. Patients undergoing other clinical trials.
