(1) First stroke and in accordance with the Diagnostic Essentials of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019, confirmed by CT or MRI as cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage. (2) Any gender, 40 years old = age = 80 years old. (3) Time of onset 2 weeks - 6 months (stroke recovery). (4) Edinburgh Handedness Inventory (EHI) test for right handedness. (5) Presence of hemiplegic upper extremity and hand with Brunnstrom's hemiplegic functional rating of II-V. (6) Kinesthetic and visual imagery questionnaire (KVIQ-20) score = 25, with motor imagery ability. (7) Ability to cooperate with motor imagery training. (8) The subject or his/her legal guardian (if necessary) understands, voluntarily participates in this research trial, and signs the Informed Consent Form.
(1) Serious speech, attention, hearing, vision, intelligence, spirit or cognitive impairment (MMSE = 26 points);
(2) Complicated with serious primary or secondary diseases, such as serious liver and kidney hematopoietic system diseases, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, arrhythmia, etc;
(3) Patients who are participating in other clinical trial studies;
(4) Unable to cooperate with the complete training and assessment for any reason.
