1. Patients & healthy volunteers between age group 20 â?? 70 years.
2. Subject with classical signs and symptoms of Gudabransha and rectal prolapse.
3. Subjects who will be ready to give written informed consent.
1. Patient with co-morbidity affecting mental or physical health.
2. Patient with extreme age groups more than 70yrs or less than 20yrs.
3. Abuse of drugs and alcohol.
4. Patients with terminal illness.
5. HIV/ HBsAg positive patients.
6. Patients with any systemic disease like uncontrolled DM or HTN.
7. Pregnancy.
8. Crohnâ??s disease.
9. Other active anorectal disease like fissure in ano, ano rectal abscess and carcinoma.
10. Patient who will not ready to give consents.
