1. Patients with maintenance chronic hemodialysis > 3 month
2. Patients who can't tolerate oral nutrition supplement
3. Patients who have spontaneous energy intake > 20 kcal/kg/day and protein > 0.8 g/kg/day after conventional dietary counseling
4. With 2/4 of
Serum albumin < 3.5 g/dL
Serum prealbimin < 30 mg/dL
7-point SGA category B
MIS >= 5
1. Serum triglyceride > 300 mg/dL
2. Blood sugar > 300 mg/dL
3. Pregnancy or lactation
4. Advanced stage malignancy
5. Current inflammation or infection such as CRBSI, tuberculosis
6. Having anti-inflammatory drugs
7. Cirrhosis
8. AIDs
