入选标准
- •1.Elderly age ranging between 60 to 80 years old.
- •2.Received information and signed consent forms.
排除标准
- •1) serious musculoskeletal problems such as a history of musculoskeletal disorders i.e. severe back pain, hip and ankle pain, lumbar spondylosis, spinal stenosis, osteoporosis.
- •2).uncontrolled serious medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension or heart diseases.
- •3) uncontrolled psychological disorders will be excluded.
