- Female
入选标准
- •1.Elderly aged between 60 to 79 years old.
- •2.Elderly had to be under optimal medication treatment for at least six months.
- •3.Elderly had to be clinically stable (i.e., no crises or changes in medication) for at least three months.
排除标准
- •1.Elderly has a serious respiratory disorder (e.g., asthma, COPD).
- •2.Elderly has a history of cardiovascular diseases (e.g., acute myocardial infarction, and/or unstable angina), history of heart failure and stroke.
- •3.Elderly presenting with history of neuromuscular and musculoskeletal diseases for more than one month.
- •4.Elderly has chronic kidney disease (stage I or more).
- •5.Elderly presenting with endocrine disorders (e.g., hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism).
- •6.Psychology signs and symptoms (e.g., anxiety, depression).
- •7.Dietary supplementation such as vitamin D, calcium, and collagen.
- •8.Regular physical exercise, especially strengthening exercise or lifting heavy weight.
