Inclusion Criteria
lung disease
infection of the upper airways
local skin or airway infection by putative MRSA or other resistent germ
virus infection clinically present
Exclusion Criteria
Severe impairment of lung function with inability to perform a slow expiratory VK maneuver of more than 6 sec.
Unclear illnesses and medication intake
Lack of cooperation or legal capacity of the patient or suspicion that the necessary data of the patient cannot be collected
