入选标准
- •Healthy Children aged 6-12 years with active dentinal caries in primary molars
- •Absence of pulp involvement
- •Participants without any systemic diseases
排除标准
- •Any signs of pain, swelling, abscess, fistula
- •primary teeth with irreversible pulpitis
- •Tooth close to exfoliation
- •Children with any hypersensitivity to Iodine

Intervention1: Silver Diamine fluoride with KI, Nano Silver Fluoride and Sodium fluoride: Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) is a topical medicament used for arresting dental caries due to its antibacterial and remineralizing properties. Potassium iodide (KI) is applied immediately after SDF to reduce black discoloration. Nano silver fluoride (NSF) is a newer formulation with enhanced antimicrobial properties and better esthetics. Sodium fluoride (NaF) varnish is a commonly used topical fluoride that promotes remineralization and prevents caries progression.
