入选标准
- •Regular students (incl. doctoral studies) of the University of Bayreuth in the age range between 18-29 years (both age groups included),
- •- Overweight/obese according to the World Health Organization (WHO) classification from a body mass index (BMI) of 25 kg/m2 (the study team reserves the right to exclude individuals with a BMI greater than 25 kg/m2 whose classification was due to increased muscle mass and no apparent overweight).
排除标准
- •- Acute infection due to coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
- •- Serious acute/chronic illnesses that preclude participation in the study in the judgment of the study medical team
- •- Pregnant women or women who directly intend to become pregnant
- •- (Orthopedic) limitations that militate against sitting, standing or walking over a duration of 8 hours
