Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Be female; aging between 18 and 40 years; nulliparous; sedentary behaviour (did not practice regular physical activity); and had urinary incontinence and / or sexual dysfunction.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Women with a history of diabetes mellitus; chronic pelvic pain; previous pregnancy; and history of gynecological surgery.
