1.Patients willing to give informed and written consent.
2.American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status I & II.
3.Patients with Body Mass Index(BMI) >18.5 kg/m2 to <29.9 kg/m2.
1. Patients who have known hypersensitivity to dexmedetomidine or ketamine.
2. Patients with Mallampati grade >2.
3. Patients with difficult airway who need more than 2 attempts of intubation.
4. Obese Individuals (Body mass Index >30.0 kg/m2).
5. Patients with history of upper respiratory tract infection / Eosinophilia.
6. Patients who developed intraoperative or postoperative complications.
7. Pregnancy or lactating mothers.
8. Patients with cardiac, respiratory, hepatic, renal, neurological and psychiatric illness.
