入选标准
- •Patients on the first postoperative day of cardiac surgery;
- •Age from 18 years;
- •Both sexes;
- •Hemodynamic stability.
排除标准
- •Refusal of the participant due to pain during training;
- •Paralysis or facial trauma that prevents the adaptation of the buccal;
- •Deficit in understanding the commands needed to perform the tests;
- •Intubated or tracheostomized patients;
- •Altered or lowered level of consciousness (with oscillations according to the Glasgow Coma Scale (ECG), between 8 and 12);
- •Under 18 years old.
