Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Dose-response-relationship of isomaltulose during a 15-min time-trial after a fatiguing exercise. Subjects will perform a self-paced time-trial on a cycle ergometer. They are required to produce the highest average power output possible.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Assessment of several physiological parameters that are associated with the development of fatigue. During the 2-h constant work loads oxygen uptake, carbon dioxide output, minute ventilation, and blood lactate concentration will be assessed.
