Inclusion Criteria
Cervical spondylosis cases ââ?¬â?? Wishing to minimize the use of analgesics & muscles relaxant medicines, to prevent future recurrent episodes & prevent complications
Exclusion Criteria
No case of neck pain with radiating pain in upper limb due to any other cause than Cervical spondylosis e.g. Peripheral vascular disease
2.No case of Cervical Spondylosis with sensory or motor deficit.
3.No Cervical spondylosis case,, who does not like exercise or study of any type.
