Inclusion Criteria
- •择期全麻下行鼻内镜下腺样体切除术或腺样体切除术+扁桃体剥离术儿童,年龄 3~12 岁,ASA 分级 I~II 级,BMI15~19。
Exclusion Criteria
- •上呼吸道感染者;预计存在困难气道;术前哭闹或存在其他原因不能配合者;手术时间>90min;手术推迟致使进饮后超过 3 小时仍未麻醉诱导者;消化道器质性病变(食管裂孔疝、气管食管瘘、胃炎等)以及合并其他严重的循环、呼吸系统疾病。
