Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Subjects in age group of 35 to 44 years
  • •2\. Subjects having atleast one periodontal pockets
  • •of 5mm or more
  • •3\. Subjects who will give consent to participate

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Subjects on any antibiotic medications
  • •2\. Subjects who have undergone periodontal
  • •treatment in the past six months
  • •3\. Subjects who will be unable to comply with the
  • •study appointment schedules
  • •4\. Subjects who are known allergic to pineapple or
  • •bromelain or chlorhexidine
  • •Subjects with a history of hypertension,
  • •diabetes, immunosuppression, hepatic or renal
  • •disease, bleeding disorders
