Inclusion Criteria
Permanent multirooted tooth with necrotic pulp as confirmed using pulp vitality test, non contributory medical history
Exclusion Criteria
Calcified canals,internal and external resorption, extensive destruction of crown, open apices tooth, periapical lesion of size greater than 2mm, antibiotics taken in past 3 months, root fracture, periodontally compromised tooth, history of previous endodontic treatment
