Inclusion Criteria
- •Permanent multirooted tooth with necrotic pulp as confirmed using pulp vitality test, non contributory medical history
Exclusion Criteria
- •Calcified canals,internal and external resorption, extensive destruction of crown, open apices tooth, periapical lesion of size greater than 2mm, antibiotics taken in past 3 months, root fracture, periodontally compromised tooth, history of previous endodontic treatment
