Inclusion: There diarrhea (defined as the science) at least 3 times in 24 hours;
Exclusion:bloody and mocoid diarrhea(+OB)
; Lack of access to patients in the next 24 hours
; Confirmed the diagnosis of acute non-bacterial diarrhea and need special treatment
