¿Patients with pre-existing significant pulmonary disease.
¿Rupture Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
¿Body-mass index higher than 40 kg/m2.
¿Patients planned for laparoscopic hepatic resection.
¿Refusal to participate in the study
