The tooth going to be treated, should be a maxillary or mandibular tooth
The tooth going to be treated, should have asymptomatic irreversible pulpitis diagnosis
Patients must be able to read, understand and reply the pain diagrams based on the Visual analogue pain scale
Patients with informed consent could participate in the study
Patients' physical situation should be in ASA1 group according to American anesthesia association
Patients using some drugs which interupt the prescribed drugs in the study
If a patient has used any analgesic drugs, 12hours or less, before the root canal treatment
If a patient has allergy to Non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)
Patients' pain be more than 40 in Visual analogue pain scale(VAS) before the treatment
The root canal treatment can not be done in a single visit
