Inclusion Criteria
Ischemic or Hemorrhagic Stroke patients. Stroke patients willing to continue treatment and able to regularly attend the intervention programes.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients unwilling to participate in the study.
Patients unable to regularly attend the intervention programs.
Patients suffering from Stage IV Chronic Kidney Disease
Accelerated hypertension patients.
Patients with a history of recurrent Stroke
